Ok, we tried to do it all over again. Hung out with new friends from Vancouver, Don & Greg, at the Cozy Corner. Had some good laughs with Shannon the bartender about Reggae vs.
Country. Later we headed back to “Tipsy” for some games of pool. Captain had his fill and was ready to go back to the boat at midnite. So we get to the dink. I jump into the dink first to start up the motor
and Captain sits on the edge of the dock noticing the long drop. He comments on how low the water is and tries to plan his entrance into the boat gracefully. But...something went horribly wrong. He slides his butt
off the edge of the dock, feet heading for the center of the dink, but on his way down his body weight is too far forward. It was a valiant effort. Although he lands square into the dink it bounces him out like a
trampoline into the sea! It was like in slow motion and his facial expression seemed to scream “NO!!!! This isn’t happening!!!!” I wish I would of had the camcorder going! I fished him out of the water back into the
dink like a wet dog. He now tells everybody that I pushed him! I headed back to hang out with friends for a few more hours and then returned back to Chiriga at about 3am. I woke up the next morning with an empty
bowl of lobster pasta in my bunk with noodle bits all on my chest.

Cleaned the lobster pasta from my bunk. Took Chiriga to the water dock and refilled her tanks. Front hit with rain about 2pm and continued off and on thru the night so we enjoyed another
night with our books.

Jerry returns and we celebrate! He says “hello” to the sidewalk in his own special way or as Bob Seger used to sing, “Down on Main Street........”.
Brady later witnessed Placencian Rule #1 Booze, Girls and Machetes do not mix.
